What this site collects
If you use the contact form or email, you share your name, your email address, your organization if you add it, and whatever you write about your work. That is all the form asks for.
The site does not use advertising trackers or sell data. Basic server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) are kept by the hosting provider for security and are not used to identify you.
How it's used
Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the engagement. It is not added to a mailing list without your say-so.
Where it's kept
Messages are stored in the inbox and tools used to run the practice. Calls are booked through Calendly, and its own privacy policy applies to what you enter there.
Client data during an engagement
Data shared during a project is covered by the agreement for that project. In short: it is used only for the work, kept in your systems where possible, and personal information stays out of logs and test sets unless you agree otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time. Email hello@joinery.fyi.
This practice is based in Ontario, Canada, and follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
